Jailed as Tipsy Driver In Lieu of Bail Warren Mayo, 53, of 647 S. Second was jailed in lieu of $250 bail last night by police on a drunken driving charge. He was arrested by Patrolmen Wallace Marhoffer and Arthur Runyon after a near accident with another vehicle at Park Ave. and South End Pkwy. Mayo was examined for, sobriety by Lieut.

Interment was in Hebrew Cemetery, South Plainfield. Mr. Fell conducted a tailor shop at 212 Watchung Ave. for over 45 years. He born in Russia and lived here more than 50 years.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. A Anna Himmelstein Fell; a son, Joseph R. Fell, 510 E. Seventh a daughter, Mrs. Seymour Turner of 730 Spooner and four grandchildren.

He was a member of Workmens Circle of Plainfield. James L. Middleton Bernardsville James Lewis Lane in Nursing' Home, died yesterday" 1962) after a short illness. Born in England, he came to this country in 1907 and settled in New York. He has lived with his daughter, Mrs.

Robert J. Kleinhans since August, coming from Woodside, N.Y. His wife, the late Mrs. Ida Larson Middleton died last August. He was a member of the Church of St.

John on the Mountain. Surviving besides his daughter are three grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of St. John on the Mountain.

Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home here tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. Solomon Gimnicher Funeral services for Sally (Solomon) Gimnicher, 83, of 617 Brookside who died yesterhis day (Sunday, Jan. 28, 1962) in home, will be held tomorrow at 11:30 a.m.

Miss E. C. Voorhees Princeton Miss Eleanor C. Voorhees, 60, of 52 N. Stanworth died Saturday morning (Jan.

27, 1962) in the Princeton Hospital. Miss Voorhees was born in Flemington and was the sister of John N. Voorhees 2nd of Plainfield, president of J. S. Ulrich and Company, Plainfield real estate and insurance firm.

She had made her home in Princeton with her uncle, Walter Moses, since her retirement as secretary to George Stout of the Fogg Museum in Cambridge, Mass. She is also survived by two nephews, John N. Voorhees 3rd of Watchung, and Richard J. Voorhees of Montclair. Private interment will take place in Digby, Nova Scotia.

Miss Voorhees made her Summer home in Digby. Mrs. John Mesaros Somerville- Mrs. Mary Mesa-' ros, 73, died in her home at 151 Southside Ave. yesterday (Jan.

28, 1962). She was the widow of John Mesaros who died in 1951, and was born in Clarence, Pa. She leaves two sons, John of Somerville and Andrew of Nanty Glo, two daughters, Mrs. Frank Suk of Somerville and Mrs. Andrew Azzopardi, of Salinas, and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be held in Nanty on Thursday. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery there. Friends may call at the Conroy Funeral Home, Bound Brook, from 2-5 and 7-10 p.m. today.

Mrs. Bennie fa*gain Mrs. Mary Hester Shueble fa*gain, 71, a former Plainfield resident for about 25 years, died Saturday (Jan. 27, 1962) in Middletown, N.Y. She was the widow of Bennie Frank fa*gain.

Surviving are four sons, Frank of Brielle; Cornelius of Middletown, N.Y., Arthur of Garfield, Walter of Elmont, Calif. and seven grandchildren. Friends may call today from 1 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Aloia a Funeral Home, Garfield.

Luise Korngold, 61, widow of Erich Wolfgang Korngold, composer of operas and Academy Award winning scores for motion pictures, died Friday. Her husband died in 1957. C. Macllroy of Nursing. She had nursed in New York and New Jersey until a year ago, and had taught Red Cross, lived classes 55 in years.

Hoffman, after a long illness. He was the widower of the late Mrs. Mary Jane Gwinner Bird. Born on July 27, 1883, in New Jersey, he had lived here since last May. He was a member of Plainfield Lodge 885, BPO Elks, and was a civil engineer with the Jersey Central Railroad for many years until he retired in 1953.

28, 1962). He had been a patient there a week. He was born near Whitehouse and was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. He was manager of the Nevius Brothers store here for 58 years and retired eight years ago. He was a member of the Church, Flemington Presbyterian the Flemington Knights of Pythias, Crescent Lodge 93, and the Wicheoche Lodge, Order of Redmen.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Estella Dankel Pickell, and a brother, Raymond, of Newark. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday in the Flemington Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Linn Creighton. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
